As you might notice, I haven't updated this site in years. It exists now merely for archival purposes. The design and coding (yes, I actually used FrontPage 2000 back then) is not representative of my current abilities.

"Liberty Island is possibly the greatest gift to the United States from a foreign power since the real Miss Liberty was given to us by the French. A personal thankyou from me to ODIE -- I'm not usually a patriot, but this stirs something in me. It also ads more of a New York feel to LC. For those that don't know, LC is the GTA version of NYC, but none of the islands really look like Manhattan, and there are no NYC landmarks -- until now. ODIE has used Rowell Ray Shih's model of Miss Liberty and her pedestal that he found at 3dCafe.com and probably paid money for it too. His importation of the structure was well done. The slight lack of shadowing on the green texture makes the model a bit difficult to make out sometimes, but this is otherwise a flawless project. There is a LOD file that makes the statue seen in green from miles away. I took a flight to LI and found it to be one of the most enjoyable flights I'd taken in GTA3, and it was equally fun to land on the island. "

Description: A very well done addition to the Sky-community that seems to be exploding in GTA3 modding lately. SkyVille is a quite large expanse of floating bridges linking many "sky-amenities."

Besides the main area, I added some OBSCENELY high sections. Some weird sh*t goes on at these kind of altitudes (falling cars, weird plane flight paths, some light camera issues, no zone loading, among other things), so check it out. Takes 20 seconds to fall at this height. |

Description: A cool stunt park located in the water NW of Portland (near the entrance to the tunnel).
Updates: There's been a few things added since the first release, including a ship from Portland Harbor that you can explore and a car blaster (very fun!). Definitely worth a try.

Description: This is a simple but VERY popular mod that really started off the whole map-modding scene. It includes bridges between Portland-Staunton and Staunton-Shoreside Vale, a bridge to the fabled Ghost Town, and even something that makes the base of Ghost Town solid! Definitely a good download.

Description: Well... a park in the sky. ;-) It's actually very cool, and features a long, good-looking bridge from Portland, picnic areas, restrooms, and twin suicide ramps. "Drop in" to the men's restroom while you're there...
Location: Although the park floats over Staunton Island, the bridge to the top is located in SW Portland, near the Triad Fish Co. building (or remains of the building, as the case may be).
