As you might notice, I haven't updated this site in years. It exists now merely for archival purposes. The design and coding (yes, I actually used FrontPage 2000 back then) is not representative of my current abilities.
This useful program allows you to change every pedestrian in the game to a certain type. All you have to do is extract the files to any directory, run the program, type in your GTA3 directory, and select a type of pedestrian to fill GTA3 with. Great fun!
